Refund policy
Our promise
If Postrim is not a fit, email [email protected] within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it, no questions asked. That is the whole policy; everything below just spells out the details.
What is covered
The 14-day refund applies to any individual payment on a paid plan, including your first payment and any renewal.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us which payment you would like refunded; the date is enough, you do not need an invoice number. We do not ask why, and we do not try to talk you out of it.
What happens next
We refund the full payment to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, who took the payment as merchant of record. Processing usually takes a few business days on our side; your bank or card issuer may take a few more to show it. A refunded payment ends the access it paid for, so your account returns to the Free plan once the refund goes through.
After the 14-day window
After 14 days a payment is no longer eligible for a refund, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. If something genuinely went wrong on our end, a billing error or a duplicate charge, email us and we will fix it regardless of the window.
Cancelling vs refunding
Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing but does not return money already paid for the current period. A refund returns a specific payment and, if it is your only payment, effectively ends your access right away. Ask for whichever you actually want; if you are not sure, tell us what happened and we will figure it out together.
Free plan
The Free plan requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund. If you were charged while on what you believed was the Free plan, email us immediately; that is a billing error on our part and we will fix it fast.
